1. Display customer reviews on your website and marketing materials. You can embed a review widget or include them as copy on a “What customers say about us” page. Just be mindful that the latter option won’t update automatically as new reviews come in.
2. Post excerpts from reviews on social media and thank the reviewer for their feedback.Consider sharing each review as an image and link back to the site where the original review was posted.
3. Follow up on positive reviews and create case studies.These are valuable marketing materials that build credibility by telling positive stories from your customers’ point of view in a way that prospects can relate to.
4. Repurpose reviews to spread the good news far and wide.Highlight reviews in your newsletters and on posters, RFP/RFQ slides, screensavers and brochures.
